Yaniv Babani
(Owner & RCIC)
Yaniv, founder and owner, is a regulated immigration consultant and in good standing by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). He is an expert in Canadian immigration law, policies, and regulations and received his post-graduate diploma from Ashton College in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Yaniv has helped hundreds of individuals, couples, families, and workers of different nationalities and backgrounds in achieving their goal of immigrating to Canada through his knowledge and his many years of experience in the field of Canadian immigration.
Yaniv received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, Israel.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
Adrienne Omega
(Marketing)
Adrienne, assisting in the operations as the Marketing & Communications Manager, is herself an immigrant who landed in Canada directly as a permanent resident through the Express Entry system. She understands the immigration application process first-hand along with the experience of starting out in a foreign country.
She brings to the company over 10 years of work experience in sales, marketing, account management and office administration skills coming from various roles in top multinational companies and Canadian government agencies.
Adrienne received her bachelor's degree in Communications from the Ateneo de Manila University and received additional certificates from the Project Management Institute and LEAN.
She is fluent in English, Cebuano, and Tagalog.
Carisse Solatorio
(Operations)
Carisse is the Operations Manager for MVC Immigration Consulting office based in the Philippines. She brings to the company over 12 years of corporate and business experience from the pharmaceutical and travel industries.
She graduated from the University of St. La Salle Bacolod City with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Major in Electronics and Communications and is fluent in English, Cebuano, Tagalog, and Ilonggo.
Khristinne Araneta
(Operations)
Khristinne is the Operations Manager for MVC Immigration Consulting office based in the Philippines. She brings to the company over 15 years in business development, marketing and account management skills through her corporate and business experience from the telecommunications, oil and travel industries. She earned her MBA degree at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and graduated from the University of San Carlos (USC) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. She fluent in English, Cebuano and Tagalog.
Marianne Fulguirinas

Marianne is a Case Representative for MVC Immigration Consulting office based in the Philippines. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.She graduated from the University of St. La Salle Bacolod City with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Major in Electronics and Communications and is fluent in English, Cebuano, Tagalog, and Ilonggo.
Nico Pelayo
(Case Processing)
Nico, Immigration Specialist and Case Coordinator, is responsible for the documents and requirements collection across various immigration pathways. Nico has extensive experience in the field of Canadian Immigration having worked at the Canadian Visa Application Center in the Philippines.
Nico is known for his excellent customer service skills and can be attributed to his background in the Hospitality industry having previously worked in Queenstown, New Zealand and other hotels in the Philippines. He completed his bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from the Lyceum of the Philippines University in Manila, Philippines.
He is fluent in English and Tagalog.
