Immigrating to Canada is not only for skilled workers but also for entrepreneurs. Attracting individuals that have the skills and resources to create more jobs in Canada is an important priority of the government. Thus, the British Columbia Entrepreneur Program was designed to attract immigrants with a strong entrepreneur background and solid business experience.
If you want to immigrate to BC and are ready to invest in and actively manage a valid business, you may qualify for either the Entrepreneur Immigration - Base Category or the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot (EI – Regional Pilot). Both of these pathways will allow you to bring your family with you and leads to permanent residency within two to three years from starting the business.
